[Mi Ran Park's K-Food recipe-8] CUCUMBER AND SEAWEED COLD SOUP

Main Ingredients
1/2 cucumber

Side Ingredients
10g seaweed
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk of green onion

Cucumber Seasonings
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce for soup
Seaweed Seasonings
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce for soup
Sesame oil
Cold soup
2 cups of cold (mineral) water
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

How to Cook
1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and mix with soy sauce for soup.
2. Soak seaweed into water, cut it long, and mix it with sesame oil and soy sauce for soup.
3. Chop green pepper and green onion.
4. In a large bowl, make a sour soup with mineral water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. 
Add green pepper and green onions and keep it cool.
5. Put the seasoned cucumber and seaweed in a bowl and pour cold soup over it.

Cooking Master's Secret
- Sea weed and cucumber can be added immediately without seasoning.
- Add a little red pepper powder according to your preference.
