Main Ingredients
1 bowl of rice
1 commercially available soy sauce-flavored eel

Side Ingredients 
20g ginger
5g radish(or chopped green onion)

Seasonings
20g ginger

How to Cook
1. Cut the eel pre-grilled with soy sauce and cook it on a grill or frying pan.
2. Boil water and kelp in a pot, turn off the heat, and add bonito. When the bonito sinks, remove the kelp and bonito, season with soy sauce and salt to make a rice bowl soup.
3. Finely chop ginger and wash radish with running water, and rinse with cold water to remove moisture.
4. Put the fragrant rice in a bowl of rice bowl, and put the grilled eel in a bowl. 
Pour half a cup of rice bowl soup over the edge. Serve with ginger and radish.

Making eel tare(Seasonings soy sauce used for grilling, etc.)
1. Prepare 180cc of freshwater eel bone broth, 180cc of soy sauce, 180cc of rice wine, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of starch syrup.
2. Combine Seasonings and simmer in half portions(when they start to boil, simmer gently. Cool before use).

- Be careful not to cook radish too watery as radish has a lot of moisture.
